That if we wanna recruit, retain, and develop the best faculty, we really need to understand their experience, and if we can do it in a comparative way that can drive the market. And so when COACHE began working we only focused on those junior faculty, but then around 2009, 2010, we expanded the survey to include all full-time faculty.
