Testy has been appointed executive director and CEO of the Association of American Law Schools (AALS). Testy, the current president and CEO of the Law School Admission Council, begins her new role effective July 1. She also chaired the planning committee for the AALS Workshop for New Law School Teachers in 2010.

The president-elect currently serves as co-chair of the Board of Directors of the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law and sits on the board of the Law School Admissions Council.

From 2017 to 2022, he was vice chair and director of the education committee on the board of Messmer Catholic Schools, a K12 network of Catholic schools serving Milwaukee’s north and west sides. Nicklow’s extensive STEM research background is a sensible fit for the school on the “Space Coast.”
