German language barrier stalls African nurse recruitment

The partnership between Koblenz University of Applied Sciences and Kenya’s Mount Kenya University , whichpiloted over 2023 and 2024, has slowed because few candidates meet the required language skills. Right now, we have more slots available at hospitals in Germany than candidates with sufficient German language skills.

IRCC limits family OWPs for international students
