Following its internationalisation strategy , by 2030, Finland hopes to attract 15,000 international students and increase labour immigration to 30,000 annually.

By 2030 the number of UK domiciled students is expected to increase by between 200,000 and 400,000 as a consequence of increases in the number of people in the relevant age groups. These different parts of the post-school education system are making greater use of part-time and temporary contracts and precarious jobs.
