The Rutgers Center for Minority Serving Institutions (CMSI) will host its 8th annual early-career faculty professionaldevelopment program, ELEVATE (Enriching Learning, Enhancing Visibility & Training Educators), this week. I arrived at ELEVATE wondering if the tenure track was right for me.
