Ron Kirk was running for mayor of Dallas, and wound up being the trade ambassador under President Obama. President Sorrell B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University, and his Ed.D. from the University of Pennsylvania. I learned a lot just watching the way he engaged people, the way he spoke up and spoke truth to power.
