Views of College Students I recently read that over half of college students (51%) believe that using artificial intelligence (AI) tools like ChatGPT to complete assignments and exams is cheating. Here is a summary of the results of the study: 43% of college students have used ChatGPT or a similar AI application.
There is nothing new about it: AI has been generating blog content for online businesses for some time and is largely responsible for the current glut of meaningless search engine results. That said, given the right prompts, AI software can truly deliver some lovely, thoughtful college-level writing. But the game is not over.
