The pair developed JUMP-Start, Journey for Underrepresented Students in Medicine Program, a free, student-organized and executed conference for undergraduates from marginalized groups who have an interest in attending medical school but may not have access to the necessary resources to succeed.

A London medical school has signed a merger agreement with one of the capital’s leading universities, bidding to create a “world-class institution”. City St George’s, which combines City, University of London and St. George’s medical school, will begin operating from August 1, 2024, subject to necessary regulatory approvals.

I had sent off applications to various graduate schools but hadn’t heard anything good yet, and I didn’t really have a backup plan. He’s not delusional; he knows that medical school is tough to get into, and that any given school could reject him for whatever reason. It’s glorious to watch.
