Northwestern AAUP Resolution Approved By Faculty Assembly

At Northwestern, in addition to the representative faculty senate, there is the faculty assembly which meets only twice per year and consists of all the full-time faculty. However, the actions of the faculty assembly are only the official voice of the faculty if it achieves a quorum with 10 percent of all faculty in attendance.
