North Carolina A&T State University is being reprimanded for enrolling too many out-of-state first-year students in the last two years, WFMY reported. The UNC System Board of Governors had set N.C. A&T’s enrollment cap at 35%. However, in 2021, N.C. A&T had 41% of students, enrolled from out-of-state, according to the system.
