There’s new momentum building on college and university campuses to rescue and reinvigorate diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs, vital initiatives that have been the target of a coordinated national assault for over a year. Ask specific questions. Look for where the action is and fill in any gaps.
Despite all the talk about diversity, equity, and inclusion, the highest echelons in the Academy remain white and male.
